Limited Resource as a Stepping Stone
Have you ever felt like you want to give up? Almost all of us have experienced it at some points in our life. You begin your career nicely, do as much as you can, give your time and efforts, and you have managed to be a good employee for few years. Then, suddenly your company fires you because they want to replace you with a better and newer employee. Okay, you can get a new job and at least you will not stay in the jobless position too long. But imagine if you live in a poor family, even in a poor country. Every time you look around, all you can see is poverty and injustice. How does that make you feel?
I have always amazed at successful people who start with nothing except their persistence. One of them is Naveen Jain. He is a tech superstar, founder and CEO of Intelius, a company which provides online information services. Intelius was started in 2003. In the beginning of his career, he worked as a part of management team at Microsoft. After he resigned, he founded InfoSpace, his first company before Intelius. Get to know more about him on his Crunchbase Profile. His story proves that limited resource is not an obstacle to achieve our goals.
